ICOOK Q5 PREMIUM (CMC-QSB501S), a smart multi-pressure cooker that adjusts the power and pressure level to accommodate different types of cooking. Our convenient built-in 8 programs feature various cooking modes; Soup, Meat, Vegetables, Rice, Porridge, Slow cook, Browning Fry, Steam Cook.
Each type of rice requires different cooking times and the water to rice ratio.  Unlike a conventional pressure rice cooker, ICOOK Q5 PREMIUM’s smart algorithm is specifically based on long grain rice. You can use either [STEAM COOK] or [RICE] cooking mode to cook your rice. Please make sure to rinse your rice before you cook it. STICKY RICE (SHORT GRAIN RICE - NORMAL KOREAN RICE)
Ø  Brown & White Rice
Ingredients   1 cups polished white and brown rice (150g each), 2.25 cups water  
1.     Rinse rice, add wet rice and water in the inner pot.
2.     Select [STEAM COOK] using [MENU] button.
3.     Set the heating level as 6 and cooking time to 50 minutes and press [COOK] button.
4.     When cooking is completed, warming will start. Mix well.

Ø  White Rice
Ingredients   2 cups polished rice (300g, 2 servings), 2 cups water  
1.     Rinse rice, add wet rice and water in the inner pot.
2.     Select [STEAM COOK] using [MENU] button.
3.     Set the heating level as 6 and cooking time to 35 minutes and press [COOK] button.
4.     When cooking is completed, warming will start. Mix well.


 * For most rice, use a 1:1 ratio of one cup of rice and water each. 
You may select other options below based on your preferences.


RICE (LONG GRAIN RICE)
       Ingredients   2 cups polished rice (300g, 2 servings), 2.5 cups water  
1.     Rinse rice, pour wet rice and water into inner pot.
2.     Select [RICE] using [MENU] button.
3.     Set the steam time to 8 minutes and press [COOK] button.
4.     When cooking is completed, warming will start. Mix well.    
Tips: Adjust cooking time and water according to personal taste.
1) For new-harvest rice, adjust your water level to be slightly below the specified graduated mark. For old rice, have it slightly above the specified graduated mark.
2) For soaked rice, add less water than specified. With less water, you can cook fluffier rice.
3) For undercooked rice, add more water - up to 10% of what was previously added.
4) If you like sticky rice, adjust steam time to be longer.
5) If you do not like sticky rice, adjust steam time to be shorter.

* Measurement is made with respect to a measuring cup (180) included in the product.
1 cup of polished rice serves one person. You can cook up to 10 servings.

  1. Today, I went to the beachfront with my children. I found a sea shell and gave it to my 4 year old daughter and said "You can hear the ocean if you put this to your ear." She placed the shell to her ear and screamed. There was a hermit crab inside and it pinched her ear. She never wants to go back! LoL I know this is entirely off topic but I had to tell someone!
